2) Orders & Pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or incorrect pricing. Sales tax may apply based on your location.
3) Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping timelines, rates, and return/exchange windows are described on our FAQ. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to those terms. Items must be returned in the condition specified in our policy.
4) Rewards / Loyalty Points
Rewards points (if offered) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion. See our Loyalty Points page for details.

We try to be accurate, but minor variations in color, dimensions, and materials can occur. Always review sizing guidance on product pages. Use of products is at your own risk—supervise animals and follow all instructions.
