Mighty Mite® Rewards — Update

We’ve made a change to our rewards program to keep it fair and sustainable on our new website platform. The software we use no longer supports “partial” redemptions (using some points for a small discount at checkout), so our program now works like a collect-&-redeem system for full items.
How it works now
- Earn points on every purchase when you’re logged into your account.
- Redeem points for full items once you meet the point total shown on an eligible product page.
- You’ll know a product is eligible when you see the blue “Redeem this item for X points” button on that page.
Why the change?
Our new ecommerce software does not allow points to be applied as partial, cash-style discounts in checkout. To avoid confusion and protect the integrity of the program for all customers, we’ve adjusted the earn rate and are clearly labeling items that can be fully redeemed with points.
Redeeming your points
- Log in to your Mighty Mite® account before shopping.
- Browse for products that display the blue “Redeem this item for X points” button.
- If your balance meets or exceeds the number shown, click the button to add that item to your cart for free.
Important notes
- No partial redemptions: points must cover the full amount for the specific item.
- Points are earned and redeemed only when you’re logged in.
- Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Rewards generally can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions unless noted.
Have existing points?
Your existing points remain on your account. If you have questions about your balance or how to use it under the updated system, contact us—we’re happy to help.
