Tent Warranty
Our tents are covered by a thirty day (30) money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your tent for any reason, return it within 30 days of purchase, in like new condition, for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
Generally, we do not cover return shipping on items that are being returned under this guarantee. If the wrong product was sent, we will mail a return shipping label to the customer to exchange the product.
The refund will be sent via Paypal.
In addition, the tents are backed by LeisureLife, the makers of "Trek Tents" for manufacturing defects. This limited warranty is displayed below:
