International Orders: Attention international customers: please note that there will be additional shipping charges based on the weight of the order and the local to which it will be shipped. These calculations are made manually and will not appear on your order confirmation. We will contact you once we receive your order to confirm shipping charges.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: We try very hard to assure that your order will arrive in the condition described. Open your order immediately & check it. You have thirty days (30 days) to report any problems you might have.
Special Orders: We are happy to fill special orders. Although we cater to small dog owners, if you have a big guy and like a product but want it in a bigger size, just ask. However, there will be a 20% restocking fee on any returned special ordered item. Videos are non-returnable for credit although we will be happy to exchange the item for you if there is a defect.
