Forms of payment we accept:
Customers have multiple payment options with Mighty Mite Dog Gear. We can process credit card charges using and Paypal. Customers will have the option to choose between these two services during the checkout process. Customers using can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Customer who chose Paypal can pay via electronic check/transfer, Paypal balance, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

If you prefer, you may make payments by personal check or cashier’s check/money order. Your driver’s license and telephone number must be on the check. Items will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Be certain to include a note with your full name, email address and daytime telephone number. Indicate what item you wish to purchase and the quantity as well as any custom features you desire (color, size, monogram, etc), where appropriate

How will my purchase be shipped?
Mighty Mite Dog Gear uses Priority Mail, Fedex Ground and UPS Ground. We try to ship out within 48 hours during weekdays and often ship-out same day, where possible.

Expedited Shipping:
Generally, small items can be expedited up to two day FedEx delivery.  However, larger items such as crates, carts and treadmills because of their size, bulk, warehousing requirements and overall shipping limitations do not lend themselves to expedited shipping.

Please note we will attempt to ship these items from a location closest to your address. However, carts/treadmills/Variocages/ wire and soft crates and other larger, bulker products on our site cannot be shipped via expedited services (if you are not sure, please ask by calling 888-528-3414 or emailing us  Delivery will be between 3-5 business days to most locations within the United States but delivery date is not guaranteed.  To be assured that these products arrive when needed, please allow up to two weeks for delivery (please do not put in an order “the week of” for one of these products, we cannot guarantee delivery in  time). Thank you.

Custom Orders:
Mighty Mite offers many custom products on our site. All of these products are handmade by artisans in the U.S. and Canada and most are made-to-order. As such, please allow four to six weeks for completion of your order.  At certain times of the year (for example before the big shows in New York), additional time may be needed. Please contact us for more information before placing your order if you have specific time constraints.

International customers: Mighty Mite strongly dissuades customers shipping outside the United States from ordering custom and made-to-order items.  We will make every attempt to ship your product to you via a major carrier such as UPS or USPS International Priority Mail but once a package crosses international borders, our ability to intercede on your behalf becomes extremely limited.  As such, we will not guarantee delivery.  Risk of loss or misdirection will be solely on the customer. We will not replace, repair or indemnify international customers for lost or misdirected custom-made or made-to-order items.   Please understand that these custom made and made-to-order products are associated with high labor and material costs and are one-of-a-kind; they cannot be easily replaced, repaired or re-manufactured. If you have a US address, please consider having the item shipped there instead.  Thank you.

Attention international customers: please note that there will be additional shipping charges based on the weight of the order and the local to which it will be shipped. These calculations are made manually and will not appear on your order confirmation. We will contact you once we receive your order to confirm shipping charges.
