Our carts are covered by a thirty day (30) money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your cart for any reason, return it within 30 days of purchase, in like new condition, for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please notify us if you intend to return your cart. The refund will be sent via Paypal.
Generally, we do not cover return shipping on items that are being returned under this guarantee. If the wrong product was sent, we will mail a return shipping label to the customer to exchange the product.
